Gem Collector (C++)

For one of my first University Assignment, I was assigned with the task to develop a game using a custom API the Uni uses in the first year called SDL (It’s quite similar to Monogame/XNA).

The task was to develop a game using this API to meet certain criteria such as being able to move in 4 dimensions and have multiple animations and different sprites. In the end, I developed a game I call “Gem Collector”

A 2D collection game with the simple objective being to collect as many Gems as you can that are shot from cannons at the top of the map. It was a simple game but happened to fulfill almost all of the criteria.
